Secret Mission Found in Pokémon TCG Pocket’s Eevee Grove Expansion

Pokémon TCG Pocket fans are buzzing after uncovering a hidden mission tied to the mobile game’s latest expansion, Eevee Grove

The surprise quest offers a bundle of in-game currency—but only to those who manage to collect some of the expansion’s rarest cards.

Released earlier this week, Eevee Grove shines a spotlight on Eevee and its many evolutions. The set features beautiful new full art cards for each Eeveelution, with some even getting shiny new “ex” variants.

A major highlight is the immersive art card for Eevee ex, which shows the adorable Pokémon relaxing in a flower field, surrounded by its evolved forms in elemental-themed environments.

The big surprise? A secret mission linked to these rare cards. Shared by Reddit user tumboi69 in the official Pokémon TCG Pocket subreddit, the mission challenges players to collect five specific rainbow rare cards: Flareon ex, Sylveon ex, Dragonite ex, Snorlax ex, and Primarina ex. Completing the task nets players a hefty reward of 36 Wonder Hourglasses, 12 Pack Hourglasses, and 10 Shop Tickets, which can be used for 3 extra Wonder Picks and 1 extra Pack.

Sounds sweet, right? Well, not everyone is thrilled. While some fans were amazed that someone managed to pull all five two-star rarity cards just days after the expansion’s launch, others felt the reward didn’t match the grind.

For context, two-star cards only appear roughly once every 1,250 packs, making this mission a serious challenge.

Some players pointed out that similar missions exist in older expansions, so this isn’t entirely new—but it’s still a tough feat.

Looking ahead, Pokémon TCG Pocket has a busy July in store. The first week of the month brings a new Sneak Peek campaign, followed by the Alcremie Drop Event starting on July 2

And mark your calendars—A4 Expansion is set to release on July 30, promising even more cards, events, and (possibly) secret missions to uncover.
