The strongest proof yet of a Battle Royale mode coming to Battlefield 6 has just surfaced, thanks to a trusted Battlefield dataminer—and it’s looking pretty legit. After months of speculation, it looks like this long-rumored game mode is finally all but confirmed.
The leak comes from well-known dataminer Temporyal, who previously uncovered early hints about the mode. This time, they shared a brief (7-second) clip showing what appears to be the introduction cutscene for Battlefield 6‘s Battle Royale. The video, which has since been removed due to a copyright claim, featured a fleet of helicopters flying into battle—an image that’ll feel familiar to Call of Duty: Warzone fans.

Temporyal also shared some details with the clip:
- The scene takes place on a map set in California
- Players enter the battlefield via CH-47 Chinook helicopters
- The closing danger zone is described as a “destructive ring” made from a compound called “NXC”
Even though the clip was taken down, the information has already fueled major hype within the Battlefield community.
Interestingly, this leak drops right as EA and DICE are reportedly aiming to attract at least 100 million players to Battlefield 6, which would be the biggest audience in the franchise’s history. That’s an ambitious target, especially considering the genre’s current landscape.
