Devsisters is turning up the heat this summer with one of the biggest updates ever for Cookie Run: Kingdom — and fans have a lot to look forward to. From new Cookies and costumes to major events and fresh gameplay mechanics, the “Summer Breeze on Starlight Island” update is shaping up to be a real game-changer.
A Cookie-Filled Summer Adventure
Kicking off sometime this summer, the update introduces Starlight Island, a tropical-themed event area where players can dive into beachy fun with their favorite Cookies. Alongside the setting, the game will roll out two brand-new playable Cookies:

Fans of the gacha system are in luck — the update brings the brand-new “Assemble Legendary Gacha” event, letting players pull for special Cookies. To add some flair, a fresh batch of Bear Jelly Party costumes will also drop, perfect for decking out your squad in true summer style.
But that’s not all — the update is packed with limited-time events and power-ups:
- “Error Busters: To Starlight Island!” (Season 1) – a new event series
