Cookie Run: Kingdom’s “Summer Breeze on Starlight Island” Update Is Packed With New Content

Devsisters is turning up the heat this summer with one of the biggest updates ever for Cookie Run: Kingdom — and fans have a lot to look forward to. From new Cookies and costumes to major events and fresh gameplay mechanics, the “Summer Breeze on Starlight Island” update is shaping up to be a real game-changer.

A Cookie-Filled Summer Adventure

Kicking off sometime this summer, the update introduces Starlight Island, a tropical-themed event area where players can dive into beachy fun with their favorite Cookies. Alongside the setting, the game will roll out two brand-new playable Cookies:

  • Marshmellow Bunny Cookie with their bubbly “Let’s Go, Bunny Tunnel!” skill
  • Lemon Cookie, who zaps enemies with their fast-paced “Lightning Dash” move

There’s also a cool upgrade for Stormbringer Cookie, who’s getting a new Crystal Jam item, adding more depth to their abilities.

Gacha Events, Costumes, and More

Fans of the gacha system are in luck — the update brings the brand-new “Assemble Legendary Gacha” event, letting players pull for special Cookies. To add some flair, a fresh batch of Bear Jelly Party costumes will also drop, perfect for decking out your squad in true summer style.

But that’s not all — the update is packed with limited-time events and power-ups:

  • “Error Busters: To Starlight Island!” (Season 1) – a new event series
  • “Summer Night Campfire” and “Kingdom of Sun and Moon” – themed content and possibly new locations or challenges
  • Fuzzy Wuzzy Toppings – new stat-boosting toppings to power up your Cookie teams

And There’s More on the Horizon

Even after the Starlight Island update goes live, there’s more content coming down the pipeline. Devsisters teased that Orange Cookie, the Harvest Festival Town Square mini-game, and a new batch of Summer Showers costumes will arrive in a future update later this season.

More Than Just Cookie Collecting

Of course, part of what keeps players hooked on Cookie Run: Kingdom is its mix of combat, collecting, and kingdom-building. Players can expand their kingdoms, farm resources, build structures, and decorate their space however they like. With each new update, the game gives players more ways to personalize and upgrade their little Cookie world.

With everything from new characters to gacha pulls, event series, and gameplay tweaks, the “Summer Breeze on Starlight Island” update is looking like a must-play moment for any Cookie Run: Kingdom fan. Whether you’re here for the fights, the fashion, or the adorable characters, this summer’s update promises something sweet for everyone.
