- Go to the Dragon Shrine in any village (where the village god resides).
- Don’t go to the front door—instead, head around the left or right side of the shrine’s raised platform.
- You’ll spot a book on a wooden stand. That’s your Village Ledger.
Once you’ve found it, press:
